Workshop on GRADE Guidelines Development Methodology Training

A two-day workshop on “GRADE Guidelines Development Methodology Training” was successfully conducted by Cochrane Pakistan in collaboration with the Pakistan Blood and Marrow Transplant Society from 25th–26th July 2025.

The training focused on enhancing participants’ skills in evidence-based guideline development using the internationally recognized GRADE (Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation) approach.

The workshop brought together physicians from 9 leading institutions across Pakistan, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building in clinical guideline development.

This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening healthcare decision-making and standardizing practices in Pakistan in line with global evidence-based standards.
